An effort by President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice to get Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to turn over state voter rolls is dead – at least for now.  Senior U.S. District Court Judge C. Ashley Royal dismissed the case because DOJ officials filed it in her Macon-based Middle District.  But Raffensperger’s office is in the Northern District, under a totally different jurisdiction.  The filing snafu leaves the elections case DRIFTING…
