Between the research ecosystem and leveraging extensive public service initiatives, among many other things, the University of Georgia no doubt has a huge impact on its home state. Thanks to a report from Professor Michael Adjemian in the school's College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, that impact has a number - $9.2 billion. The number is some $800 million more than last year, thanks to increased innovation and the number of graduates contributing to the economy.
