Longtime self-described election integrity activist Garland Favorito has presented to the State Election Board a new complaint he filed against Fulton County for illegally refusing to produce the 2020 election ballots recently seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He showed 2024 and 2025 Open Records Requests (ORRs) where Fulton County’s clerk and Board of Elections officially replied four times that they had no responsive records to ORRs requesting copies of the same 2020 ballots that the FBI seized this year.
Favorito and prominent attorneys from both sides of the political aisle also point out that Fulton government plaintiffs do not have any legal standing to oppose the FBI search warrant that secured the ballots. They point to evidence showing that FBI search warrant claims have probable cause.
