Amidst a season of trials and tribulation, the Kennesaw State University men’s basketball team is returning to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2023. The team, led by Head Coach Antoine Pettway, lost its leading scorer from last year to the transfer portal, lost two more key players to injury before the season, and then lost its star player Simeon Cottle when he was indicted on federal point shaving charges! Nonetheless, the Owls persisted, notching multiple upsets en route to winning the Conference USA Tournament and earning a bid. National Rifle Association salutes Mike Collins
As campaign season ramps up, the National Rifle Association (NRA) is hitting the trail with its Gun Bus Battleground Tour, where it will visit 13 battleground states backing candidates it says are staunch defenders of the 2nd Amendment. One of those is here in Georgia in U.S. Rep. Mike Collins, running for U.S. Senate against Democrat Jon Ossoff.
