A bill that would limit the amount of out of state donations political candidates can receive is nearing final approval in the legislature after passing out of a House committee last week.  SB 423 would put limits on the percentage of money that candidates can receive from out of state, and make it a felony for people to launder out of state money and give it locally.  Expected to pass, the legislation would have out of state influence on Georgia elections SINKING…
