Former Democrat state senator Jen Jordan, now a candidate for Georgia Supreme Court justice, has failed to file her mandatory personal financial disclosure report. It’s already three weeks late, and that’s a violation of the law. It also has been discovered that Jordan has done this before and settled. When she unsuccessfully ran for Attorney General in 2022, she was penalized for violating the rules concerning her personal financial disclosure (the same report she has yet to file this time). Doesn’t that mean she knowingly and willfully violated the law? As voters learn about this illegal behavior, her statewide campaign will be SINKING…
Carr joins LSU football fight
In the South, college football is religion – and now it’s politics too. Members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) are furious with LSU over its attempts to sign players already in the NFL to come back to college to play for the Tigers. On Wednesday, Attorney General Chris Carr, (presumably at the behest of some big names at UGA) urged the SEC to take “all measures available” against LSU.
