A new report from Philadelphia-based consultancy Econsult Solutions Inc. showcases the economic impact of Atlanta’s Beltline – and the numbers are staggering. According to the analysis, last year alone the Beltline generated $23 billion in economic output for Atlanta, with $31 million in tax revenue for the city and over $100 million to the state. Some 2.5 million people visit the path each year, it has created nearly 100,000 jobs, and it has attracted over $14 billion in private investments. And it’s not even complete – the south side trail is scheduled to open this summer, but the full 22-mile loop won’t be finished for several more years. So those eye-popping numbers are still RISING…
WNBA embroiled in trans-athlete drama
Last Sunday a mother and daughter attended the Atlanta Dream/Indiana Fever basketball game at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. With two minutes left in overtime the pair were ordered to cover their XX-XY chromosome shirts— and the censorship incident went viral. It’s obvious that left-wing, pro-trans leaders of the Women’s National Basketball Association are intent on suppressing the message that men and women are different and that biological men cannot become women. However, widespread public support exists for these statements of fact, and by trying to censor them the WNBA is actually causing these viral moments.
