The sports betting industry had an atypically quiet 2026 legislative session, with the typical push for legalization never really materializing.  But if you think that means the industry is dead in Georgia – think again.  PACs funded by sports betting companies spent big in the Georgia midterms, backing friendly candidates and going after opponents.  State Rep.
