This week’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling that political parties may spend unlimited amounts of money on candidates will boost the Senate campaign of U.S. Rep. Mike Collins.  Coming off a bruising primary, he only had $1.7 million  left in the bank, compared to $32.5 million for U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff. But the Republican National Committee is flush with cash and ready to spend, while the Democratic National Committee is actually in debt.  That should even out the money battle, leaving Collins’ campaign RISING…
