After 15 years with the Georgia Ports Authority – and 38 years in the industry, Griff Lynch is making moves toward retirement. Lynch is remaining CEO but has relinquished the president role to Kevin Price, who took over at the beginning of July as president.

“I’m excited for our employees and all our stakeholders because Kevin is the perfect candidate to take GPA and our Team to the next level,” said Lynch.

Lynch will fully retire in August of 2027, when Price will also take on the CEO role. “I look forward to building on GPA’s incredible momentum and working closely with the GPA Team, customers and business partners to keep raising the bar on our performance,” Price said.
