Georgians got some good news this week when U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins announced the agency is planning to invest $486.7 million through the Electric Infrastructure Loan Program to boost the state’s electricity grid in rural communities.  Tucker-based electric membership cooperative Oglethorpe Power is taking advantage of the program, with plans to use the loan funds for upgrades at 14 sites it owns or co-owns across the state.  RISING…
