As part of PEOPLE’s (the magazine) ongoing Great Place to Work project, they publish an annual “Companies that Care” category. Developed out of the largest ongoing annual workforce study, more than 1.3 million employee survey responses help to inform the data from companies eligible for the list. With a survey of 60 questions, and data from companies about size, location, industry, demographics, and questions about charitable giving and employee benefits.

Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “When employees feel that sense of care, they do incredible things — delivering the crucial results that grow businesses and build new markets.”
