Georgia school districts will receive additional funding that will allow them to prepare students for careers in high-demand fields. Officials at the state Department of Education announced they are awarding $2 million in Top State for Talent Grants to allow school districts to outfit their Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE) programs.

Districts will be expected to use the grants to strengthen new or existing CTAE programs aligned to Georgia's high-demand career pathways, ensuring students have access to the same tools, technologies, and learning environments they will encounter in the workplace.
