Hyundai’s massive Bryan County ‘metaplant’ isn’t expected to begin operation until 2025, but already its future workers are getting a major pay bump. The South Korean automaker announced Monday that it will raise wages 25% for American manufacturing workers, mirroring similar hikes made by American companies following the United Auto Workers strike. Atlanta snubbed for ’28 DNC Convention
The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
