An effort from Gov. Brian Kemp and other high ranking Republicans to demand more accountability from the state’s district attorneys has been put on hold by the Georgia Supreme Court.  On Wednesday the state’s top court ruled that it would not approve rules and regulations for the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission, citing “grave doubts” over their constitutional authority in such a situation.  That effectively freezes the law and the commission, leaving it DRIFTING…
