At one point Stacey Abrams’ voting group Fair Fight was one of the most powerful political organizations in the country, bringing in massive fundraising hauls while building out grassroots ‘get out the vote’ operations that helped Democrats win seats nationwide.  Today?  Not so much, with Abrams keeping a low profile and Georgia Dems relatively muted, the group’s latest financial reporting revealed that it is $2.5 million in debt with only $1.9 million in the bank.  Amid “restructuring” some 20 of its remaining employees, roughly 75%, are expected to be laid off.  The overhaul comes at a tough time given that 2024 is an important election year, but Fair Fight’s ship appears to be SINKING…
