Following a visit to Texas’ southern border with Mexico last month, Gov. Brian Kemp on Tuesday announced the state will be sending additional members of the Georgia National Guard to the Lone Star State later this spring. Atlanta snubbed for ’28 DNC Convention
The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
