The U.S. House on Wednesday passed a bill that could ban popular social media app TikTok, pointing to its ties to the Communist Chinese government. The bill had broad bipartisan support and all but two Georgia congressmen voted in favor. The two in opposition – U.S. Reps. Atlanta snubbed for ’28 DNC Convention
The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
