Editor’s note: Georgia’s 3rd Congressional District will be one of the most-watched races in the state as candidates battle it out to race the retiring Congressman Drew Ferguson. James Magazine Online will be featuring all the candidates in the race. This is one in a series. The primary is May 21st.

Brian Jack says he has always had a passion for public service. While many of his college peers were taking the summers off, Jack spent his time working at Peachtree City Hall for the city planner and mayor, and later on the mayor’s campaign for statewide office. And while this is his first political campaign for himself – it’s not his first political rodeo.

The 36-year-old from Fayette County has been involved in Donald Trump operations since joining the 2016 Presidential campaign when he served as the national delegate director. He later managed the campaign’s battleground state operations, overseeing the political efforts in states like Georgia, Florida, Iowa, and Arizona. He went on to serve in the White House as political director where he was responsible for passing President Trump’s agenda in Congress and building public support for the Administration’s policy proposals. He is one of the very few appointees who served in The White House from the first to last day of President Trump’s Administration.

During the 2024 primary, Jack orchestrated Trump’s nationwide push to win endorsements from Republican members of Congress and had served as Trump’s de facto liaison to Capitol Hill. In fact, Jack was one of the very few appointees who served in The White House from the first to last day of President Trump’s Administration

So it’s no surprise that when Jack decided to get into the race for Georgia’s 3rd Congressional District seat that he brought Trump’s endorsement with him.

“My career started in Peachtree City Hall, and, with God’s help, 10 years later, I was able to work alongside President Trump in the Oval Office,” said Jack. “I was honored to serve as our country’s White House Political Director during President Trump’s Administration, and I was proud to work with Congress on President Trump’s behalf to pass our agenda and achieve unprecedented prosperity for our state and country.”

After Trump’s 2020 election loss, Jack went to work for then-House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy but also remained close to Trump and his team, helping to guide the 2022 midterm endorsement process and efforts to win back the House.

Born in Georgia and raised in Peachtree City, Jack is a 6th-generation Georgian whose family comes from Buchanan/Haralson County. He is a Woodward Academy graduate where he played basketball and baseball. He is also an Alumnus of Pepperdine University, a Churches of Christ school. After graduation, worked at AIPAC, an organization whose principal mission is to strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship. He later worked for Dr. Ben Carson’s campaign for President before joining Trump’s team.

Since Trump’s Administration ended, Jack has been his principal liaison to Congress, guiding the House Republican campaign in 2022 to oust then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi and win back the House of Representatives. Upon the launch of President Trump’s current campaign, Jack was tapped to lead the campaign through the Republican primaries. After Nikki Haley withdrew from the Presidential race, Jack launched his campaign with Trump’s endorsement.

Jack says that as Congressman he will hold the Biden Administration accountable for all of the damage done to our country during his time in office.

“Joe Biden’s incompetency has led to open borders, skyrocketing inflation, and crushing regulations that stifle our economy. Under Joe Biden, conservatives are now subjected to a weaponized, two-tiered system of justice,” said Jack. “To secure our Southern border, I will work with President Trump to support his plan to deport illegal immigrants, allocate funds to build the wall, and end the incentives for illegal immigration that Joe Biden has enacted. For example, I will sponsor legislation that mandates Americans provide proof of citizenship when voting. Federal legislation is necessary to ensure only Americans vote in American elections.

“To stop inflation, I will work to unleash America’s energy potential, eliminate burdensome and needless regulations, and rein in government spending,” Jack added. “We should also work to move federal agencies away from Washington, D.C. The District of Columbia is 93 percent Democrat, so how can we expect conservative policy when the federal workforce comes from a 93 percent Democrat territory?”
