Judge Robert “Bobby” Reeves, who oversees Georgia’s Middle Judicial Circuit which includes Candler, Emanuel, Jefferson, Toombs and Washington counties, has been suspended without pay for 30 days as part of a punishment handed down by the Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission. The JQC brought a whopping 58 charges against Reeves, ranging from inappropriate comments in court to catcalling women. Atlanta snubbed for ’28 DNC Convention
The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
