Election season finally came to an official end Tuesday with the completion of 18 runoffs in 13 Georgia counties.  The most prominent of those races was for an Atlanta City Council seat, where Eshé Collins defeated Nicole Evans Jones for an at-large seat.  Evans Jones received about 28,000 more votes than Collins last month but wasn’t able to win a majority, while on Tuesday Collins flipped the script, winning by a tiny margin.  The successful runoff turnaround has Collins and her campaign RISING…
