Atlanta stalls out

Back in 2022 Atlanta voters approved three ballot measures that comprised the ambitious “Move Atlanta Forward” infrastructure plan.  Three years later and a report from the city’s auditor finds that the city has only spent $47 million, or 7% of the total funds approved by voters.  Residents are left scratching their heads – why did city officials push for so much money and such ambitious project list and then… not move forward with much of it?  SINKING…
