The bird flu outbreak that has ravaged flocks worldwide and sent egg prices skyrocketing has been of major concern here in Georgia – the number one producer of chickens for meat in the nation. Last month bird flu was found in a commercial poultry facility in Elbert County and 175,000 chickens had to be culled. But good news this week as the Ga. Atlanta snubbed for ’28 DNC Convention
The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
