Georgia governors honored for Arbor Day

Ahead of Georgia Arbor Day next month, SCAD students are honoring current and former state governors as part of a living art exhibit.  Georgia governors choose trees to be planted at the Georgia Forestry Commission’s “Governors’ Grove” near its Macon headquarters, and then SCAD art students will create original paintings of the trees themselves.  Gov.
