Former FIFA president Sepp Blatter has called for fans to “stay away” from this year’s World Cup, calling out the Trump Administration and warning that international fans would have to watch out if they came to the U.S. for matches. No mention, though, of the fact that Blatter was forced to resign from FIFA due to corruption investigations, nor that previous World Cups have been hosted by countries like Qatar (accused of using slave labor to build stadiums) and Russia (literally invading its neighbor). With Atlanta slated to host eight matches this summer and thousands of international visitors already booking tickets, Blatter’s call to “stay away” is SINKING…
WNBA embroiled in trans-athlete drama
Last Sunday a mother and daughter attended the Atlanta Dream/Indiana Fever basketball game at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. With two minutes left in overtime the pair were ordered to cover their XX-XY chromosome shirts— and the censorship incident went viral. It’s obvious that left-wing, pro-trans leaders of the Women’s National Basketball Association are intent on suppressing the message that men and women are different and that biological men cannot become women. However, widespread public support exists for these statements of fact, and by trying to censor them the WNBA is actually causing these viral moments.
