Cobb Chairman Tim Lee has pulled a fast one on voters yet again, this time by slipping a $500 million rapid bus transit project, (half of which would be paid for by local taxpayers) into a transportation planning document which would allow the project to be passed with only a committee vote.  Lee had assured voters, (and most of the Cobb commissioners) that the bus project would only be passed following a public vote, a fact which clearly got lost in the shuffle between last summer and now.  Not the first time that Chairman Lee has gone over voters’ heads to try and stick them with a big money bill they never voted for, and for that his ship is SINKING…
