Top state leaders joined Governor Brian Kemp at the State Capitol this week as he signed the amended fiscal year 2026 budget – a budget that he says, “delivers meaningful relief to the people of Georgia while also making key investments that will drive our state’s success for years to come.” Kemp stressed that a large position of the funds in this document are one-time spends and do not add long-term liabilities to the state.
