Breaking: Clayton County Victor Hill has been charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct for his role in the shooting of Gwenevere McCord.  He turned himself in to Gwinnett County Police at around 8:00 on Wednesday evening.

Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill, who was involved in the ‘accidental’ shooting of ‘acquaintance’ Gwenevere McCord on Sunday, could face charges by the end of the week.  Said Gwinnett District Attorney Danny Porter, “I don’t expect that he’ll come in and give a statement to police.  I’ve spoken to his attorneys today (Tuesday) and I don’t anticipate they’re going to bring him in for a statement.”

According to the 911 tape, Hill was practicing police tactics when he shot McCord once in the torso while in a model home in Lawrenceville.  She remains in critical condition at the Gwinnett Medical Center.  The pair were the only people inside the house at the time of the shooting, and unless McCord wakes up, we may never know the full story.
