There has been much wringing of hands over President Donald Trump’s ongoing trade wars and the effect they are having on various American industries.  Up in Dalton, however, said wringing has turned into applause.  A 30% tariff on solar panel imports has turned the North Georgia town, famous for its carpet mills, into one of the solar capitals of the United States.  A new plant from South Korean company Hanwha is now the largest solar panel assembly plant in the Western Hemisphere, feeding a growing demand for renewable energy here in Georgia and throughout the U.S.  Once again jumping headfirst into an exploding market, Georgia’s foray into solar production has its ship RISING…
