Department of Juvenile Justice Commissioner Avery Niles, who has already served seven years, was fired on Wednesday by his oversight board– a move affirmed by Gov. Brian Kemp. Niles lost his job after it was discovered that he lied under oath about receiving an associates degree in criminal justice. Indeed, lying about one’s qualifications, or lack thereof, is obviously dishonest– and a betrayal of the public he’s supposed to serve. Why wasn’t there better vetting of him in 2012? U.S. Justice official: Willis case ‘is disgusting’
A new undercover video from journalist Steven Louder revealed Nicholas Biase, the U.S. Justice Department’s public affairs chief, calling New York City charges brought against Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump a “travesty of justice,” adding this was why Trump is surging in the polls. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg got Trump convicted for falsifying business records. But Biase says the Democrat DA “was stacking charges … just to make it fit a case. I think the case (against Trump) is nonsense.” Addressing the election case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, Biase said: “It’s a mockery of justice. She is a joke. Like, her and her boyfriend she was seeing, the whole thing is disgusting. And they’re just out to get [Trump].” SINKING…
