Earlier this month we wrote about the invasive tegu lizard that can grow up to four feet long and has been spotted in South Georgia.  Now, against all odds, we have something even worse.  The northern snakehead fish, native to China, has been discovered in a Gwinnett County pond by the Georgia DNR, and officials are saying to anyone who catches one to “kill on sight” and to report the sighting.  The snakehead is capable of surviving on land(!) as well as water, and can devastate local fish and other wildlife populations.   This sudden spurt of potentially dangerous invasive species has Georgia’s ship DRIFTING…
