Monday, Collins was successful in getting an amendment added to the Conference Report for the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2020. The report released by the U.S. House and Senate Armed Services Committees includes Collins’ amendment to protect religious liberty for all chaplains serving in the military.
