The city of South Fulton has only existed for two years, but already scandal is brewing.  Its city council this week voted to investigate Mayor Bill Edwards over allegations that he and Councilwoman Helen Zenobia Willis helped broker a deal between a local business and Fulton County, as opposed to the City of South Fulton, that could cost the city some $7 million in fees.  The process has cost the city more than $20,000 so far with surely more to come, and a messy situation that figures to get messier has South Fulton’s ship SINKING…
