At the same time on Friday when Republican National Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel was in Atlanta meeting with Donald Trump Jr., state GOP officials and various lawyers, serious fraud allegations have been leveled by two Fulton Countians represented by Sandy Springs attorney Ray Smith.
Smith represents two registered Fulton voters who are challenging the qualifications of various people on the county’s voting list. “Specifically,” Smith says in a Nov. 2 letter to the Secretary of State’s Elections Division, “my clients challenge the registration of 1,246 individuals who are registered outside the state of Georgia, including 24 who have already cast their vote.”
“My clients demand that the Board immediately comply with the provisions of OCGA 21-2-230 to consider their challenge to the right and qualifications of the challenged electors to have their ballots counted for the November 3, 2220 general election results in compliance with Section 230, specifically reviewing the registration of 1246 individuals who are registered outside the state of Georgia. …,” the letter says.
Furthermore, InsiderAdvantage has learned that: 1) “double votes” will be scrutinized by the Secretary of State’s office as its verification process moves forward (2,000 were found during the June primary) ; 2) Georgia GOP and White House lawyers are already looking at felon lists to see how many illegally voted; and 3) GOP lawyers will probably seek to deny vote certification by at least three heavily Democrat counties– Fulton, DeKalb and Clayton– because of fraud concerns.
The General Assembly last year passed a law authorizing so-called “risk limiting audits,” and that has already begun. One area to be audited: any box stuffing of mail-in ballots. There are also reports of 15 voters registering from the same address and other “upstream” voter fraud issues. These issues will be investigated to see how widespread they may be.
Look for the GOP lawyers, aided by White House colleagues, to start issuing public reports later this week.
