As if things couldn’t get worse for Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill, he is now facing a new federal indictment for allegedly detaining and beating a man arrested for speeding and driving on a suspended license. Hill had already been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of violating the constitutional rights of inmates, for which Gov. Brian Kemp suspended him in June. The troubled sheriff has survived legal trouble before, like the time he shot a woman inside a model home, but with the feds after him this time his odds of staying on the job are SINKING…
