As if things couldn’t get worse for Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill, he is now facing a new federal indictment for allegedly detaining and beating a man arrested for speeding and driving on a suspended license. Hill had already been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of violating the constitutional rights of inmates, for which Gov. Brian Kemp suspended him in June.
