Theme park giant Six Flags Entertainment will merge with Cedar Fair in a massive merger that will create a $3.4 billion amusement park behemoth with parks in 17 states as well as Mexico and Canada.  Two of the new company’s (to still be called Six Flags) premier parks are here in in the Peach State, with Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell and Six Flags White Water in Marietta.  The move is expected to streamline operations and allow for increased investments in visitor experience – necessary since amusement park attendance numbers have had a tough time bouncing back since COVID.  The move has Georgia’s two parks RISING…
