A protest against the planned Atlanta law enforcement training center in DeKalb County turned violent Monday when protestors pushed into a line of police officers in riot gear.  Tear gas and flash bangs were deployed by law enforcement in the latest protest-turned-near-riot as officers worked to disperse the crowd of more than 400.  The “Block Cop City” protest brought together its odd mix of environmentalists and police abolitionists, many from out of state, as they continue to push against the $90 million training facility that will be used to educate police, firemen, and first responders.  The protesters’ ship continues to SINK…
