Gov. Brian Kemp signed one of his first bills of the 2024 legislative session Wednesday, making a statement that antisemitism won’t stand in Georgia.  Surrounded by a bipartisan group of lawmakers, Kemp signed HB 30 which legally defines ‘antisemitism’ and adds it to the state’s pre-existing hate crime laws.  The legislation was a priority for lawmakers following a string of antisemitic incidents in Georgia as well as the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war late last year.  RISING…
