The rise of Georgia’s film industry has been one of the state’s great success stories over the past 16 years, dating back to 2008 when then-Gov. Sonny Perdue signed HB 1100, opening up the tax incentive package that would turn the Peach State into “The Hollywood of the South.”  In the latest issue of James Magazine Randy Davidson, founder and CEO of Georgia Entertainment, takes a closer look at Georgia’s creative economy that has exploded out of that bill signing and how the arts have woven themselves into the state’s very DNA.
