President Joe Biden is getting an early leg up on Donald Trump in Georgia, hiring nine additional staffers and preparing to open seven campaign offices across the state, set to open later this month.  Trump currently just has one senior staffer in the state and no campaign offices yet, relying instead on the state GOP.  Both campaigns desperately need Georgia’s 16 electoral votes and the race for them will be competitive all the way until November, its status as a swing state remains DRIFTING…
