Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport has retained its title as the world’s busiest airport, per a new report from the Airports Council International World. With 104 million passengers in 2023 Hartsfield-Jackson is lapping the competition, with Dubai in second with 87 million and Dallas third with 82 million. The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
