Complaints have steadily rolled in over the past three years regarding the state’s e-filing system, which tracks campaign donations, lobbying reports, and other financial information. The Georgia Ethics Commission has spent some $1.5 million on the software, implemented by Louisiana-based company Civix, but lawmakers and the public alike continue to struggle with it. Atlanta snubbed for ’28 DNC Convention
The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
