The city of Warm Springs, about 70 miles southwest of Atlanta, has found itself embroiled in a scandal that saw every member of its police force fired but one officer.  While Mayor Robyn Pynenburg has been light on details, the issue appears to revolve around officers, including former Chief Emilio Quintana, ignoring their local duties while driving patrol cars up to Atlanta to take off-duty overtime jobs.  The tiny city of just 500 had 14 officers, most of whom were part-time.  The GBI and other state agencies are investigating, but now with just one officer left the Warm Springs PD is SINKING…
