Amidst rising food, rent, and utility costs, a proposed 31% property tax hike in Clayton County has residents up in arms. The City of Atlanta and the Georgia Democratic Party made a strong push to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, but fell short once again when it was announced that Boston, Denver and Philadelphia are the three finalists.
