Amidst the political turmoil of President Joe Biden announcing he will not seek re-election on Sunday is the question of whether his successor atop the ticket – likely Vice President Kamala Harris – will be able to get on ballots in November.  Different states have different rules and deadlines, but at least here in Georgia the answer appears to be that as long as a nominee is selected at the Democratic National Convention next month, there should be no issue getting their name on Georgia ballots.  A spokesman from the Ga.
