Fulton County Superior Judge Robert McBurney delivered a stunning ruling Monday that the state may no longer enforce its 2022 abortion law.  That means that for the time being doctors in the state may perform abortions up until about 22 weeks of pregnancy, though representatives from the state attorney general’s office said they will appeal.  Critics accuse McBurney of “legislating from the bench,” while supporters admit the ruling may not stand for long, but for now it leaves the state’s abortion laws DRIFTING…
