Another Georgian has been tapped by President-elect Donald Trump to fill a key position in Washington.  Former Congressman Doug Collins, if approved by the Senate, will serve as head of the Department of Veterans Affairs.  A veteran who currently serves as a chaplain in the United States Air Force Reserve Command, Collins was a fierce supporter of Trump while in office as the ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Committee.  The appointment has Collins and the veterans he will serve RISING…
