With bowl season in full swing and the the College Football Playoff hurtling towards the national championship, the state of Georgia’s massive representation in college football should be noted. Per this year’s report by Steve Slay, a researcher with the Georgia High School Football Historians Association, there are 4,713 Georgia athletes playing college football nationwide, at all levels. National Rifle Association salutes Mike Collins
As campaign season ramps up, the National Rifle Association (NRA) is hitting the trail with its Gun Bus Battleground Tour, where it will visit 13 battleground states backing candidates it says are staunch defenders of the 2nd Amendment. One of those is here in Georgia in U.S. Rep. Mike Collins, running for U.S. Senate against Democrat Jon Ossoff.
