The Macon-area state Senate seat vacated by lt. governor candidate John F. Kennedy is headed to a runoff after no candidate managed to win 50%+1 of the vote Tuesday. Democrat LeMario Brown took home the most votes in the right-leaning district, with 37%, while five Republicans split the rest of the vote. Of those candidates Steven McNeel will advance to the runoff, edging just barely ahead of Forsyth Mayor Eric Wilson by less than 1%. Democrats have targeted the seat as an upset possibility, while Republicans will try to rally around McNeel to secure what should be a reliably red district. WNBA embroiled in trans-athlete drama
Last Sunday a mother and daughter attended the Atlanta Dream/Indiana Fever basketball game at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. With two minutes left in overtime the pair were ordered to cover their XX-XY chromosome shirts— and the censorship incident went viral. It’s obvious that left-wing, pro-trans leaders of the Women’s National Basketball Association are intent on suppressing the message that men and women are different and that biological men cannot become women. However, widespread public support exists for these statements of fact, and by trying to censor them the WNBA is actually causing these viral moments.
