Gov. Brian Kemp continues to put his stamp on state government by appointing five members to the University System of Georgia Board of Regents, which oversees 26 taxpayer-supported colleges and universities. The new at-large Regents are Cade Joiner and T. Dallas Smith. They will serve with Harold Reynolds representing the 10th Congressional District, Everett Kennedy representing the 12th Congressional District and Lowery May representing the 14th Congressional District.
